Ryan has over twenty years working in the financial world. He co-founded Sound Wealth Partners in 2016, offering investment advisory solutions to high net worth individuals, as well as providing operational solutions for independent advisor representatives through his SEC registered investment advisor, Fortitude Advisory Group.

Ryan started his career with Great Northern Annuities as a mutual fund accountant. In 1997, he joined Russell Investments in the fund administration group, serving as treasurer of the Investment Committee and coordinating soft-dollar relationships for that firm. In 1999, Ryan was employed with Strategic Capital Group starting as a portfolio manager and investment advisor, and continued in that role upon its merger with Private Advisory Group in 2014.

Ryan and his wife reside in Gig Harbor and enjoy traveling and spending time with their three children.
